Due to the size and volume of the exhibits included in the TND Overlay Zone Application - Miles Point III - 150 Sketch Plan filed October 7, 2009, it is currently cost prohibitive for the Town to post the documents on the website. However, a complete listing of all exhibits can be found under "Commissioners of St. Michaels", "Reports/Other Material" on the website. In addition, hard copies of all documents listed on the exhibit list are available for review in the lobby of the Town Office during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please contact the Town Office if you have any questions.
