Administration:
Working with the Town Commissioners, the administrative staff supports the Town’s governmental and financial activities and maintenance of the Town Code.
Public Works:
Public Works provides services to the Town’s citizens for water, refuse pickup, park and street maintenance and after hours emergencies related to the town's infrastructure.
Land Use and General Permits:
Zoning, Land Use and General Permits addresses inquiries and enforcement of the Town’s planning and zoning regulations. They serve as a resource for the zoning code, building permits, historic district and board of appeals applications, and general guidance on land use.
Public Saftey:
The St. Michaels Police Department is located 100 S. Fremont Street. The SMPD works in conjunction with Talbot County Emergency Services. Twenty four hour assistance is available by calling 410-745-9500.
